		<description>Why not just put real soil,because soil has good nutrients in it.All you have to do is boil it,vacuum pack it and let it dry then it is edible,you can also add some fiber powder into it.I put it in my cereal,it actually tastes like flax.Try it! I&#039;m serious.</description>
